Dean S. Mihas

Dean Mihas is the Co-CEO and Managing Director at GTCR.

Dean joined GTCR in 2001. Prior to joining GTCR, Dean was CEO and cofounder of Delray Farms, LLC, a specialty food retailer. Prior to that, Dean was with McKinsey & Company. Dean holds an MBA with distinction from the Harvard Business School and a BS with high distinction in finance and economics from the University of Illinois, Chicago.

Dean was previously the head of the healthcare group at GTCR and has been instrumental in building the firm’s expertise in pharma, life sciences, and medical devices. 

Dean is currently a Director of TerSera Therapeutics, Antylia Scientific, AQUA Dermatology, Ceba-Tech, Cedar Gate Technologies, Corza, Curia, Maravai LifeSciences, Resonetics, and Sotera Health. He was previously a Director of Actient Pharmaceuticals, ATI Physical Therapy, Convergex, Cord Blood Registry, Crealta Pharmaceuticals, Curo Health Services, Dash, Devicor Medical Products, GreatCall, Managed Healthcare Associates, Ovation Pharmaceuticals, Riverchase Dermatology, TDS (formerly Rx30), and XIFIN.
